The StoryLab Course

A journey from pain to power

Words are power. They form the stories that our brains are wired for.

We all have stories that are created throughout our lives that may serve a purpose at a time to help our brains make sense of the world around us.

But as we grow and change those stories can turn into belief systems in our bodies that hold us back from being the best and most powerful version of ourselves.

If those stories aren’t truth, they keep us stuck. They limit what we can do and accomplish in this life.

Consider the story you believe about money. Is it one of abundance or one of lack?

Consider the story you believe about your worth, your lovability, your body, your relationships. Are they beliefs of expansion, joy and growth or do any of them leave you feeling discouraged or deflated?

Stories of lack repeated over time create the limiting belief systems that hold us back from living our best lives. The life where you get to be your own hero.

According to researcher Brene Brown, if you own the story, you get to write the ending.

Now THAT IS POWER!
