What is EFT tapping?
EFT tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, is a gentle mind-body practice that combines focused emotional work with tapping on acupressure points on the body.
It helps calm the nervous system while working through emotional stress, limiting beliefs, overwhelm and deeply rooted patterns.

My approach to healing and personal growth
My work is shaped as much by lived experience as it is by training.
I know what it feels like to be deeply self aware and still stuck inside patterns that logic alone could not shift.
For years I searched for answers through learning, growth, spirituality and self development while carrying the quiet exhaustion of trying to heal by constantly figuring myself out.
What changed everything was learning that transformation does not happen through pressure.
It happens through safety.
Through honesty.
Through nervous system regulation.
Through compassion.
Through finally allowing yourself to stop performing survival and start listening to what is actually true for you.
EFT became one of the most powerful tools in my own healing journey because it created real emotional movement, not just intellectual understanding.
Today, I bring together EFT tapping, emotional awareness, Human Design insight and a deeply intuitive approach to help people reconnect with themselves in a grounded and sustainable way.
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about coming home to who you already are underneath the fear, conditioning and emotional noise.
Human Design as a supportive lens
I also use Human Design as a lens within my work, which helps me understand how different people process emotions, energy, pressure and decision making.
It allows our sessions to feel more personalised and aligned rather than using a one size fits all approach to healing and growth.
Human Design is not used to box you in.
It is used to help you understand yourself with more compassion.
